After having a baby a new mom can easily get off track on healthy eating habits. Here is a list of issues we hear from new moms in our Strollercize class about their bad eating habits! 1. Forgets breakfast
2. Does not really have a meal, sort of snacks all day and picks.
3. Grabs easy foods, cookies, crackers, sweets, M & M's!
4. Does not eat with the baby but waits till the husband comes home and eats late.
5. She east all of her calories at night.
6. Stands up and eats.
7. Goes to bed after she eats.
8. Does not drink enough fluids to keep herself hydrated for breast feeding let alone life.
