It is so hard to get, keep and have a flat stomach after having a baby! You true bikini time is a short run, unless you are a old mom like me. But come on…women should embrace the beauty of their sexy bodies after childbirth!
But, to have a a flat tummy you need a daily commitment to doing abs. It is that simple. I like that I show the moms in class how to use the T.T. (I have decided to shorten the name to the initials of my daughter) that is perfect. The T.T. That is the RollerSizer for short. The T.T. gets it right ..without me. It give me a chance to train better and get them to feel it deep in the core. My whole life as a trainer has changed..My moms are going to love this new thing. It is still new and I am sure in a couple of weeks I will have it down in class.
This week in my classes…I plan.

I want to get my moms ready for spring. The weather this week is our first sign of “less” clothes. I want them to be able to wear sleeveless shirts as soon as possible. I will do RollerSizer Arm WIsks, Sparkles and Pushups and Dips two sets all within in a two minutes period…I have asked my moms to take their measurements and their weight. I want to be part of them reaching their goals. May 1st…

Chest up, chin up, shoulders down and push like pram princess!
Posture is key in pushing a stroller in a fitness class!

As a trainer that has been teaching strollercize for nearly 15 years, I feel the most important thing I can give to a mom is great posture. Muscles that keep her lifted, her breasts lifted, and in turn her stomach will be flat. But what is really important is that she does not lean over the stroller and look sad and frumpy. I want my moms to feel on top of the world. When they come to class I spend most of my time correcting stroller stances. I constantly scream get perky. To my students in my courses, posture is “princess”!
Terrible. Even with a nice outfit, she looks terrible.
