Why it is hard to get fit after becoming a mom.
July 15th, 2009 by ystroll

Because moms put themselves last and take care of everyone first. The most common excuse is I have no time. This is scary.

If you have no time to stay fit, one day you are going to wake up and pull your hair out, get frustrated and worse blow your top. Because you have not let out steam. Also when you go to the closet and you can not squeeze into your favorite jeans, you will feel disgusted with yourself! You have to find 25 minutes a day for you to be “mommy first”. You must become A FIT MOM to be a good mom! This is my opinion. Lizzie Trindade

Hey Liz and everybody else, Finally My stomach is becoming flat
after being aware of the corset. I did not realize how powerful this knowledge is….and I am here to witness to you that the corset looks great on guys….my paunch is history….every man should try it…

Exercise is a great way to relieve new mommy stress! Its great to have the company of Lizzie and other moms who feel the pain – Lizzie is a cheerleader that motivates you to work out and get in shape both emotionally and physically. In a month, I lost 5 pounds from her Rollercizer and classes, combined with breastfeeding and it was quite low impact so great for recovering from caesarean. I have two kids so I left them at home and that was quite fun too to work out with other mommies but not have to (although most moms come with the stroller) bring the stroller either. Highly recommend! Also recommend getting inexpensive backrubs as soon as you feel like you might “break”.. Happy mommy is happy family.
